it's been a couple of months since I last added to this blog. Painting sales have all but dried up online. Bit of a mystery but I carry on regardless. Here are a couple of my contempory pieces.

Hi It's July 2013 and its been quite a while since I've added anything to this blog. I'm still painting, selling over the internet and looking forward to retirement so I can spend more time on the brushes, so to speak. I'll attach a couple of my newer pieces. Regards Peter

It's been a while since I added anything to this site so I'll add a couple of paintings. They have been sold but are an indication of the type of work I do.

A bit about me

I am a graduate in fine arts, majoring in painting. After many years as an art educator I now paint from my home studio. I strive to create works that capture the beauty of the environment.

Frequent travel, both local and overseas has provided me with a wealth of inspirational material.

While I paint in all mediums, I particularly enjoy the immediacy and fast drying qualities of acrylics. All my paintings are on stretched canvas and come varnished, with hooks and ready to hang.

I am not a full time artist and at most I can complete up to three per fornight, at a push. My work generally sells quickly and I rarely have unsold works.
